Fluorescence Polarization using a smartphone-based system
Sometimes we need to detection our blood sample to make sure if we get ill. But we have to spent mount of money and time to do that. Thus, our group want to make this process easier. we know the lights can be polarized. we let light pass our sample, and then polarized them in two different way. Finally, we can measure the difference between two light beams, then we can know how is our body going!
This project use the polarization of the light, to determine the light go after the sample. And then to collect the data of our samples(blood).
We have four people and worked together. In this group I have learn a lot of new thing. I knew how to work with other people. The hardest thing is the time management. But finally we solve this problem together.
I have learnt a new software named Lighttools 8.2. I know how to do the optical design with it
This project can help people determine their blood with their own smartphone. That make our life more easy,
